Buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese sauce

Ingredients


20 chicken wings

5 tsp baking powder

Salt


Method


  • First prepare your chicken wings

  • Coat the wings in the baking powder and salt

  • Pat off extra powder

  • Place on baking tray so not overlapping

  • Bake for 30-40 minutes at 230°C

  • Turn wings over half way through cooking time


Buffalo sauce

Unsalted butter

Franks hot sauce

Honey


  • Melt butter mix with hot sauce and honey

  • Ready to dress wings with


Blue cheese sauce

100 g gorgonzola

150 ml sour cream

50 g mayonnaise

1 lemon; juiced


  • Put all ingredients in food processor and blitz until smooth
